The Hobbit Hole

In a hole there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.

Persistence is the Key

That’s my current project. I’m working on it two fold. First of all, it’s a persistence library written in C++. The other is that it’s a project that I’m trying to write an article for, on CodeProject, so I’m trying to get it done before moving on to my next project. :)

We had some friends over tonight. We played the card game May I?. Talk about a long game. I was thinking the next time we play it, if it followed the rules in Rummy Cube that allow for the splitting of hands, it would go much faster. Just a thought.
